Payment & Cancellation Policy:
• 45 days or more before departure: 25% of the package cost is payable and non-refundable.
• 30 to 44 days before departure: 50% of the package cost is payable and non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the package cost is payable and non-refundable.
• Full refund will only be granted if the flight is cancelled due to COVID-related restrictions or lockdown measures imposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective destination.
• Visa rejection or offloading cases (by airport or immigration authorities) will incur penalties as per the above cancellation policy
