Flight details:
• Arrive in Yerevan.
• Meet and greet at the airport.
• Transfer to the hotel and check-in enroute Begin Yerevan city tour – capital of Armenia,
dating back to 782 BC, located in a valley overlooking Mount Ararat.
• Panoramic city landmarks: Republic Square, Opera Square with Swan Lake, Northern
Avenue, Abovyan Street (Armenian “Belle Epoque” buildings), Cascade Complex – grand
staircase, terraced gardens.
• Explore Vernissage Market – arts and crafts, handmade items, jewelry, Armenian rugs,
embroidery, paintings.
• Free time to explore the city, visit museums, shops, or try local cuisine.
• Overnight stay in Yerevan.

- E-Visa: Processing time 3–5 working days – Apply here (varies by nationality).
- Visa on Arrival: For last-minute bookings, available for ~$15 (subject to embassy regulations; varies
by nationality; passenger pays directly). - Special Case: Nationals of Canada, India, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, and the Philippines with valid
UAE residency visas can obtain a visa on arrival. Must have an active online application form with photo completed before check-in.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
- 45 days or more before departure: 25% of the package cost is payable and non-refundable.
- 30 to 44 days before departure: 50% of the package cost is payable and non-refundable.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the package cost is payable and non-refundable.
- Full refund will only be granted if the flight is cancelled due to COVID-related restrictions or lockdown measures imposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective destination.
- Visa rejection or offloading cases (by airport or immigration authorities) will incur penalties as per the above cancellation policy.

- Passport Requirements: Must be valid for at least 6 months from return date. Guests are responsible for ensuring proper documentation.

- Hotels: Hotel category and room type subject to availability. Check-in is at 1400-1500 hrs and check-out at 1100 hrs (local time). Security deposits may be required at check-in (refundable).
- Tours & Transfers: Services are on a shared basis with no refunds for missed transfers. Optional tours may include English-speaking drivers for under 3 pax. Expect possible delays during peak season due to traffic and immigration queues.
- Itinerary & Inclusions: Subject to change due to force majeure or operational reasons. No refunds for missed or unused services.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Air tickets and partially used services are non-refundable. Cancellation policy applies from the initial booking date.
- Responsibility: Guests are responsible for checking travel requirements and carrying valid documents. Any issues must be reported immediately during the tour for resolution.
